| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 12/14/05 DETAILS: On 12/20/05 I spoke with Steve Lee regarding positive coliform sample collected on 12/13/05 from the bathroom. Steve collected four repeat samples after he was notified from the lab. All samples were negative. We discussed collecting the other five routine samples this month to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await results for routine samples and follow -up. | ||
