| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 12/12/05 DETAILS: on 12/15/05 I spoke with Bob regarding positive coliform sample collected on 10/11/05 (received on 12/12/05). Bob collected four repeat samples after he was notified from the lab. All samples were negative. However, last of the five routine samples came up positive. Bob had Gary from Alpine Pump (541-729-7191) shock chlorinate the system and they ran another five routine in November. All samples were negative this time. They believe the cause of the positive sample was a leaking broken pipe that they recently fix. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow- up. | ||
