| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform sample DETAILS: On 12/09/05 I spoke with Delmar regarding the positive coliform sample from 11/07/05. I spoke with Don from Mid Valley Pump who was contracted to follow up with routine samples. Don had also shock chlorinated the system and he is in the process of collecting the routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow- up. | ||
