Details: SUMMARY: TCR positive 11/9/05 DETAILS: Follow up for 11/9/05 positive total. Called new manager Tammy and repeats taken by Coffey lab on 11/22/05. All absent. Spoke with Doug at Coffey and positive was one of five routines following October positive. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routines before end of year. Pay close attention to samples as this system has had several inconsistent positives in the last three months.
