| Details: | DETAILS: Spoke with new operator Mary several times between 11/19 and 12/6 regarding 12/17 positive coliform and e. coli. System immediately notified all four homes on system and shock chlorinated well and distribution. No repeats taken. Instructed Mary to take four repeats ASAP and that this should be done with in twenty four hours to verify initial sample. Also to discuses Public Notice and gave Mary Tom Odisios Fax number. Discussed five routines in December. ACTION NEEDED: Get results from Coffey lab of repeats ASAP. Fax public notice for e. coli to state, take five routines in December. | ||
