| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Sample DETAILS: 12/14/05 firm had a positive coliform sample. Vanco, a sampling company took original sample on 12/14/05, then two repeat samples on 12/15/05. One sample was taken at original faucet and another one at wellhead, both of these samples were absent. ACTION NEEDED: Take two more repeat samples right away. Then take five samples in January. If everything comes back to absent continue with regular sampling schedule. | ||
