| Details: | SUMMARY: Four out of five routine samples were taken on 2/6/06 were positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Sites 38,49,67 and well # 3 were positive for total coliform. Because I could not reach anyone from the DHS-DWP for advise today, with John McEvoys assistance, we decided that the system should continue to the boil water notice until hearing from us other wise. Refer to file. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will shock chlorinate as instructed, inform residents of the continued boil waster notice, flush lines on 2/8/06 and take four repeat samples 2/13/06. Tom will notify us with results of repeat sampling. I informed the DHS-DWP by leaving a message with duty officer John Odisio on 2/7/06. | ||
