| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to water valve broken DETAILS: Tony left a message on 02/10/06 stating that a main water line valve had stuck closed. Talked on 02/13/06. Apparently, they were turning a valve and it wouldnt turn, stuck closed. They are declaring it an emergency and are meeting with the Board of Directors on 02/14/06 to vote for purchase and installation of 3100 ft of new line to replace the line with the stuck valve. Refer to file. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for decision from board. | ||
