| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator of the system as they system received a violation for not submitting a monthly coliform sample from the distribution during the month of December. It was explained that a sample had not been received yet this month either. It was also discussed that the system is required to take a annual source water assessment in addition to an annual nitrate as well. | ||
