| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed environmental review requirements for SRF project DETAILS: Matt Heckey, Murray-Smith and Associates, is the consultant for the City of Depoe Bay re: SRF project. Discussed project and Categorical Exlusion criteria. Based on the info available, the project does NOT appear to qualify. MSA will develop an EID that describes the project, no action alternatives, environmental consequences, ways to minimize adverse impacts, and documentation of sources as outlined in the Environmental Review Process Handbook (Matt has a copy). EID will be drafted and submitted for review, then DWP will determine if additional info (ie Biological Assessment) is needed. Discussed general, expected process: Once review is complete, FNSI determination may be issued, and public comment period is initiated. Following that process, a final FNSI determination can be made. ACTION NEEDED: MSA/City of Depoe Bay will submit an EID for review to the DWP to initiate further action and hopeful completion of the Environmental Review process and completion of SRF loan requirements. | ||
