Details: SUMMARY: St Helens Membrane Plant to go on-line today DETAILS: Bryan Black called at 8:05 am to report that final integrity testing was complete and that they were ready to put the St Helens membrane filtration plant into service today. He said that they would run it on manual at least through the weekend. The membrane plant, which currently filters water only from Ranney collector 3, would be manually operated to fill the reservoirs and then Ranney 2 or 1 would be switched on if the reservoir levels significantly dropped overnight. When the plant goes fully automatic, only filtered water will be used to supply the reservoirs.
