| Details: | SUMMARY: No DBP sample for 4th quarter 2005 DETAILS: (phone duty) Bryan called to let us know that he collected his 4th quarter DBP samples and submitted them to his usual lab, but they are not certified to analyze DBPs, so they shuttled it over to a certified lab. However, the shuttle service did not get the sample bottles to the right lab in time for them to be analyzed. This was not made known to the system until after the new year, so there is no result for DPBs for 4th quarter 05. He will put the violation in his CCR and collect a sample soon for the 1st quarter 06. | ||
