| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC Follow up on Missing Nitrates 4/05 DETAILS: I called the church and spoke with Brad. I told Brad that the nitrate test supposedly taken in February 05 still has not been posted on the state data system. He said he would check with Jack Collier and fax me a copy of the lab slip if he could find it. I called Ann at Coffey Lab to confirm that the 2005 sample has done, and she said it was. ACTION NEEDED: Get results of 2005 nitrate test and submit to the state. | ||
