| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR - TC positive alert follow -up. DETAILS: Spoke with Ples regarding testing after a TC positive sample. System that have repeat samples go bad are to continue taking sets of four repeats until all come back negative or until an MCL Violation is declared. Ples informed me that the system will shock the well and test again in five days. Public notice posted 1/10/05 will remain posted. ACTION NEEDED: Perform four routines ASAP. | ||
