| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR - TC positive Alert Follow -Up DETAILS: Ples told me he took four samples on 12/23 and also on 12/28. The samples were positive for TC again. He also said the lab didnt send him the results. I told him to revert back to the four repeats following the positive, that I would be happy to meet with him to help do the samples. In the mean time, he was going to shock the well. We arranged to meet on 1/17/06. ACTION NEEDED: Perform four repeats ASAP in January. | ||
