Details: SUMMARY: Phone call to system regarding repeat samples taken 1/17/06 DETAILS: Called Ples to tell him that the samples taken on 1/17/06 all came back OK. The system must now perform five routine samples in February. Samples must be taken at the designated sites on the systems approved Coliform Sample Pan, and should be taken tough out the month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routines in Feb.
