| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR - TC Positive Alert Follow -Up DETAILS: On site visit to Headstart facility to discuss TC situation. Plumber was called in to troubleshoot the system. He found that the UV lights were not working properly and that the safety shut- off solenoid vale was not working properly. The system has been fixed and a subsequent test taken on 12/27 had TC absent. ACTION NEEDED: Perform five routines in January. | ||
