Details: SUMMARY: Four resamples positive for TC. DETAILS: All four resamples taken on 1/31/06 due to positive routine taken on 1/30/06 tested positive for TC. Jim was notified regarding chlorination procedures and posting public notice ( see attached fax sent to Jim). ACTION NEEDED: System is being chlorinated. 5v routine samples need to be taken in February.
