| Details: | SUMMARY: Ist Quarterly Routine Positive TC Taken 1/31/06 DETAILS: I called Jenny and asked if any repeats had been taken. I told him he needs take samlpes befor the 15th. Suggested sampling some place besides the bar sink. I asked him to call if any of the repeats are positive. I reminded him to take five routines before the end of February, then return to a quarterly schedule if those are ok. Refer to file. | ||
