| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 Monthly Routines All Positive TC Taken 1/3/06. DETAILS: Jo called to report that they were having coliform problems. 5 routines taken 1/12 and another 5 on 1/13 were all positive TC. The well was shock chlorinated on 1/17 and flushed on 1/18. More samples were to be taken after that. I suggested they install a check valve. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. They are in process of PR with DHS- DWP for their spring and chlorinator, will consult with the DWP about the status. Refer to file. | ||
