| Details: | SUMMARY: Update Contact and Treatment Info DETAILS: Steve called to request that we change the contact information from Tom House to himself. He also said that a UV Max Pro 15 was installed and operational in October 2005. He said that it had a flow restrictor, alarm, and no bypass. I told him that it sounded like an approved system, but that it would have to go through plan review. ACTION NEEDED: I will contact Scott Curry regarding plan review requirements for this system. | ||
