Details:	On January 17th, Pixis Labs forwarded me the coliform sampling sites list for Island Community LLC. It was a Word document with four sampling locations listed on it. It did not clarify which locations were routine and/or repeat sites. On January 25th, by email, I forwarded the Coliform Sampling Plan template and instructions to both Willie Kelsey from Island Community LLC as well as the Pixis Labs representative who sent me that list, and said they may send me the Coliform Sampling Plan went completed. I noted that the various sampling sites need to be organized and documented as Routine and Repeat sample locations. The routines for regular sampling schedules and repeats when positive result(s) occur.
