| Details: | SUMMARY: Computer system went down for 2 days - lost data DETAILS: On February 22nd and 23rd, the computer system at Corbett went down. They are working on system upgrades, and no alarm had been installed, and the turbidity chart recorder had not yet been set up as a back-up. Since the new system is still under warranty, Phil will get the contractor to install an alarm to alert operators should this happen again. Also, the chart recorder will be connected so it can serve as a back-up. This is a non-reporting violation with a Tier 3 public notice. ACTION NEEDED: must report in CCR for 2006 or direct mail within a year. | ||
