| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 2/14/06 DETAILS: on 2/16/05 I spoke to Greg regarding positive coliform sample collected on 2/14/06. The cause for the coliform present is due to a new faucet installed. Greg removed the aerator but he said that the washer remained in the faucet and that could have caused the problem. He will be taking the four repeat samples today and follow up with the routine sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
