| Details: | Called Aspinwalls on 1/15/2020 and talked with Clydes son about coliform non-reporting violation in the 4th quarter(OCt 1 - Dec 31). They will need to collect a coliform sample this month (report by the 10th next month) and a 2nd sample sometime this quarter (at least 1 week after the first sample). Failure to do these steps would result in having to do monthly coliform sampling. On 1/16/2020 talked with Cynthia Aspinwall about the non-reporting violation to verify she received the information and an email as well. | ||
