| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 3/6/2006. DETAILS: Terry Finn-Kadrmas left a message for me 3/7/2006 that they had a positive total coliform routine sample collected 3/6/2006. I called and spoke with Terrys husband Dennis on 3/8/2006. Dennis reported that the chlorine residual was 0.5-0.7 mg/L, turbidity was 0.1 NTU, temp was <40° and chlorine at the plant was 0.56 mg/L on the day of sample collection. The sample was collected at the plant after treatment and contact time. He also said Terry followed good sampling procedures when collecting the sample. He or Terry will collect the required 4 repeats asap and call me with the results. Dennis is frusterated with this situation which happened lin October 2004. He thinks its lab error and will be changing to Delta Environmental (from Analytical). ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 4 repeats. | ||
