| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine /repeat total coliform samples are positive. DETAILS: I spoke with Bills wife on 12/12/05. She stated that the repeat samples were taken and they were fine. I stated that a public notice is required if repeat samples were found positive. She will let him know. I will see Bill at the scheduled Sanitary Survey on 12/14/05. I met with Bill for the Survey. He has taken the repeat samples but he hasnt started the public notice. I gave him my number to contact me about using the template public notice. I let him know to take five routines samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: public Notice and five routine samples next month. | ||
