Details: SUMMARY: Special repeat TC sample is positive. DETAILS: I spoke with Bill and stated that a Public Notice is required if repeat samples are found positive. He has taken repeat samples but no Public Notice has been issued. I let him know that he will be required to take five routine samples next month. Bill stated that the sample came from a frost free standpipe. I advised him to not take samples from a standpipe, but to sample elsewhere in the distribution system close by to confirm results. Bill will fax Public Notice after completion. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice and five routine samples next month.
