| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine/repeat samples positive for TC. DETAILS: Received alert. I called Ray. HE believes the positive is a residual effect of the tank cleaning. I told him the distribution system would most likely have to be flushed or disinfected following the tank cleaning. I told him four additional repeat samples would have to be taken. I asked that he notifies the customers by Public Notice. He will use same public notice as the one issued on 01/13/06. ACTION NEEDED: Issue Public Notice. F/U repeat samples | ||
