Details:	SUMMARY: Plan Review Issue DETAILS: I talked to Ben Beseda (Tenneson Engineering) and he reported that they did plans for Oak Grove WC extension to Binns Hill (w/storage). Plans never got approved by county for land use because the WC didnt have legal boundaries. At that point Ten. Engr. Gave up on the project and never submitted to us (DWP) for approval. He thinks that project was built without State or County approval. ACTION NEEDED: Find out if project is built and start/complete plan review.
