Details:	SUMMARY: Reviewed sampling requirements, sanitary survey report DETAILS: Drove to site w/ Elizabeth Hutchison of DEQ. Met with new manager, Mary Stubblefield. Showed Mary the collection procedure while collecting a coliform sample. Met w/ owner J. Patrick Lucas and reviewed sampling requirements for the system, also reviewed the 2003 sanitary survey report. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect annual nitrate sample, quarterly coliform samples.
