| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. It was discussed that once the system submits their first quarter nitrate for 2020 (that does not exceed half the MCL), the system will be switched back to annual nitrate sampling. It was discussed that the nitrate sample should be taken during the 4th quarter once switched to annual, as that is when the nitrate levels are the highest. The firm will need to submit their next sample during the fourth quarter of 2021. | ||
