| Details: | SUMMARY: + Total coliform repeat sample results from 3/17/2006 DETAILS: Su Hui called to report that all four repeat samples collected 3/17/2006 were positive for total coliform (negative for e. coli). Chlorine levels as measured by Delta Environmental Services during sample collection were 0.01 mg/L. I instructed Su Hui and her new maintenance contractor, Wes Belden, to increase the amount of chlorine in the system by adding chlorine directly into the storage tank to boost residual and by adjusting the feed pump. Wes said they have a couple of chlorine test kits and will watch the chlorine levels as they make these adjustments. I mailed public notice materials to Su Hui and instructed her to collect the required 5 routine samples in April. Wes also asked me to come by to provide TA as he is new to this system. I will be in the Florence area and will drop by 3/28/06. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice and 5 routine samples for April. | ||
