| Details: | SUMMARY: Tested Positive for Coliform 1/13/06. DETAILS: I contacted the operator and Notified him of the alert status and required four repeat samples. Mr. Edan stated he just dropped off his repeat at the lab. Mr. Edan was unsure of the cause of positive test. I asked Mr. Edan to send repeat test results to state and fax me copies. | ||
