Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed status of SRF loan and environmental review process DETAILS: Mike called to discuss status of SRF loan application and specifically the environmental review process. Formal agreement for use of 5 acre Salmon Run site with easements being finalized. Exact property boundaries to be determined. City is awaiting project review by US Army Corp of Engineers (Corp). City has a permit from Department of State Lands (DSL) for Wiley Creek crossing. NOAA is obtaining more info from City and Corp so they can provide a formal opinion/consulation. Point of diversion will be existing pipeline in lake (used for irrigation last 30 years). Approved fish screen to be added to new 16 inch pipeline, with approval for new compressor building. Mike will check with Corp for latest info/review. ACTION NEEDED: DWP will review existing file info to determine what additional info is needed for approval. Continue on-going coordination with City on environmental review process.
