| Details: | SUMMARY: OPERATOR WILL DISINFECT, DO FIVE ROUTINE COLIFORM SAMPLES. DETAILS: Operator reports that 4 repeats collected 2/23/06. Sites 38,49,66 were total coliform positive. Well 3 was ecoli positive. The special sample collected at the office, served by well 1, were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Continue boil water advisory until given the OK. Shut off well 3, turn on the gate valve allowing well 1 to serve the entire distribution. Wells1 and 4 now are the sources. Flush distribution thoroughly, disinfect, do five routines including sites 38,49,66,18. Also collect a nitrate sample at the pressure tank serving well 1. | ||
