| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR HISTORIC SNC DETAILS: On 4/10/2006, I called and spoke with Connie and Dave Ludwig. Connie said she thought a coliform sample was collected in August of 2005 and that she would check with Delta Environmental. I explained that the PWS is a SNC and failure to collect and report coliform samples to us would result in enforcement action. I told Connie that two coliform samples are needed, one for the second quarter of 2006 and another sample for the third quarter of 2006. Connie said she would collect a coliform sample in June of 2006 and another sample in August of 2006. A nitrate sample will also be collected in June of 2006. Joseph Carlson, Enforcement Coordinator, was apprised of my discussion with the Ludwigs. | ||
