| Details: | SUMMARY: Status of Admin Order-- not on track DETAILS: System has missed deadline for submitting plans to DWP for filtration system to meet AO issued 11-24-04. Betty and John thought HBH Contractors were going to do the plan submission through circuit rider program and havent done anything to this point. I discussed this with Rob Henry, HBH Contractors, and he said he would talk to them and get them to put it out for bid as they are borrowing $$ from SRF and can not use the circuit rider program for this phase of the project.. I will talk to John and Betty and set new date for plan submission and construction completion. ACTION NEEDED: Amend AO with an extension for plan submission and construction completion. | ||
