| Details: | SUMMARY: On out of five routine coliform samples positive for total coliform collected 4/3/2006. DETAILS: Terry called on 4/6/2006 to report that one out of the required five routine samples for April was positive for total coliform. The free chlorine was 0.75 mg/L and the turbidity levels were the same as last month when they got a positive sample. They used a new lab this month, but all other procedures are the same. Terry will collect the required four repeat samples as soon as she receives the bottles from the lab. There is no reasonable explanation for the positive sample result at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of four repeat samples. Five routines are required for May. | ||
