| Details: | SUMMARY: IFE Trigger Level exceeded 3/14/2006. DETAILS: Ray called to report that the "All Turbidity Readings < IFE Triggers" box on the monthly SWTR report will be marked No for March at the Layng Creek WTP. On March 14, IFE triggers for all four filters were greater than 1.0 in consecutive measurements collected between 9:45 AM and 12:15 PM due to lime feed equipment malfunction. Ray faxed to me a spreadsheet with all IFE turbidity readings for 3/14/06, the cause of the exceedance and his signature per our rule requirements. He is also submitting this spreadsheet to the Portland Office with his monthly report. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
