| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 2/23/2006. DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform routine positive sample result for Camp Yale on 3/10. I called and spoke with Rick McDougals secretary on 3/13. She told me that the required four repeat samples had already been collected. The 4 repeat samples were collected March 2, but were not reported until April 7th. On 3/13, I told the secretary that 5 routine samples are required before the end of March. They have not been reported yet. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routine samples. | ||
