| Details: | SUMMARY: Backflow incident on Path to Resolution DETAILS: The High School has identified the cross-connection failures that led to fireflow leakage into the potable supply with help of their plumbing contractor. There are 6 separate fire flow distribution systems, however 2 of the zones were inadvertently connected during the last remodel. The High School found the second leaking, unapproved backflow device that helped contribute to the original failed backflow device. The second set of coliform results came back negative today. High School has planned to replace all 6 unapproved devices, and remove the connection between the independent fire distribution zones. ACTION NEEDED: None. |
