| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 4/12/2006 DETAILS: I received an alert late on Thursday 4/13 for a total coliform positive routine sample collected 4/12/2006. I spoke with Judys lab, Delta Environmental Services on 4/17/2006 who said they did receive the required 4 repeat samples that day from the operator (confirming Judys voice message to me). 4/20/2006, I spoke again with the lab who confirmed that all four repeat samples were negative for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routine samples in May. Complete Sanitary Survey Report from site visit on 3/28/2006. | ||
