| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive sample taken 4/12. DETAILS: A total coliform positive Routine sample was taken on 4/12. 3 Repeat samples taken on 4/18 were total coliform negative. A Routine sample taken 4/05 was also negative. Probable cause of positive sample was work on Well 3 which does not have pump to waste. ACTION NEEDED: 5 Routine samples to be taken in May. | ||
