| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform reporting violation in Feb 06 DETAILS: Joe Carlson informed me that Fairview did not report coliform results in February 2006. I called to see what happened, since they are very conscientious about compliance. Derrick said that after the Fecal coliform issue, they switched labs. The new lab had a new person, who used old information that the city did not want the lab to send reports to the state, when in fact the new agreement was that the lab would send results to the state. The Lab wrote a memo to this effect for the file. I explained to Derrick that the violation still stands, since we need to have results submitted by the 10th of the following month. I suggested that the lab confirm with the City each time they submit something to DWP, which he thought was a good idea. He will also make sure that we still get the Feb 06 results. ACTION NEEDED: They will do a Tier 3 public notice in their 2007 CCR. | ||
