| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 Routine samples taken 5/02 total coliform-positive. DETAILS: 2 out of 5 Routine samples taken 5/02 were total coliform-positive. All 6 Repeat samples taken 5/04 were total coliform-positive. Two wells in the vicinity of the positive sample locations had been worked on with no disinfection or flushing afterword. City has started residual maintenance chlorination at the well heads. ACTION NEEDED: City will provide public notification for the total coliform violation. | ||
