| Details: | Spoke with the facility owner via phone at 8:15am on Monday, June 18th regarding the coliform alert. It was explained that the owner must take 1 source water sample as well as 3 repeat samples. Owner agreed to take samples tomorrow and submit them tomorrow. Owner also agreed to submit annual nitrate test tomorrow. | ||
