| Details: | Good afternoon Amar, Thank you for your phone call earlier this afternoon. I wanted to follow up with the requirements that we will need to complete to get the water system back into compliance. 1. Please provide me with the following inventory updates -Name of water system: (previous name Biggs Junction Travel Plaza) -Direct contact name, phone number, mailing address, and email address (your information if you are the direct contact for the water system) -Population of water system (employees working at Nuvu Hotel and TA express and the estimated number of daily visitors) -Opening date for the TA Express 2. Please provide me with a water system schematic which maps the water lines and users of the water. Also provide pictures or we can come out and verify that the holes in the wellhouse has been repaired. 3. Perform a round of testing that we discussed for Total Coliform, Nitrates, and Arsenic. You have the Dalles Water Quality Lab's phone number at 541-298-2248 x5009. Coliform and nitrate sample bottles are available at our office. 4. I wil attach templates for creating a coliform sampling plan, an operations and maintenance manual, and an emergency response plan which are requirements for the protection of the water system.
