| Details: | SUMMARY: OP will do five routines in May 2006, post PN DETAILS: Op reports two repeat positive total coliform samples collected 4/20/06 at classroom 6 and the womens restroom. The original positive site was neg. We completed a new Coliform Sampling Plan because some sites are not used very often. He will flush system well and possibly disinfect system. Ed agreed to post PN and do five routines in May 2006 | ||
