| Details: | SUMMARY: OP will take coliform sample at source, disinfect system DETAILS: Operator states three coliform samples taken after 3/6/06 at various points in the distribution were all positive for total coliform. I instructed the operator to keep the boil water PN in place until I give OK to discontinue. The operator plans to have a work crew inspect the system, collect a coliform sample at the source and disinfect the system. I told the operator that the rules require that he take five routines in April. | ||
